Jamie founded Someva in 2017 and is responsible for business development, finance and shared delivery of the company’s development portfolio with the Development Director.
Jamie has 15 years’ renewable wind farm development and investment experience. He has been involved in the construction and development of over 1000MW of wind farms. In NSW this includes the:
- Development of the Upper Hunter Wind Farm, NSW
- Development and sale of the Biala Wind Farm, NSW
- Acquisition, sale and development management of the Hills of Gold Wind Farm, NSW.
Jamie was previously the CEO of Redaya Energie (sold as Equis Energy), Indonesia, Vice President Investments at Energon in India and a Co-Founder at Pollinate Energy.
Jamie is a Director of Pottinger Renewables Pty Ltd.

Tim is responsible for originating and developing Someva’s wind portfolio, including overseeing the growing design team. He has 11 years’ of engineering experience in the energy industry and over eight years of senior project management experience in large scale Australian renewable developments including managing split contract delivery.
Tim’s operational project experience includes the Gullen Range Wind Farm and Gullen Solar Farm (the first co-located solar and wind farm in Australia), and the Biala Wind Farm. This experience encompassed managing projects from development through to commissioning and commercial operation.
Tim is a Director of Pottinger Renewables Pty Ltd.

Geoff is a former CEO of Tilt Renewables / Powering Australia Renewables 2020 – 2023 and is currently working as a strategic advisor to Someva as it matures to become a leading renewable energy business in Australia.
With more than 35 years’ international experience in the energy and property sectors, Geoff brings extensive executive leadership experience and knowledge spanning strategy, development through to operations, and energy markets. He has previously served as Executive General Manager of CleanCo (establishment phase), Group Head of Sustainability at LendLease and Chief Operating Officer of Infigen Energy / Babcock & Brown Wind Partners.

Felicity is an executive leader with a track record of commercialising award-winning organisations, building high performing teams, establishing strong partnerships and delivering innovation. Felicity has over 25 years’ clean energy industry experience.
Prior to Someva, Felicity was Managing Consultant with Stride Renewables, providing strategic advice to renewable energy developers navigating the rapidly evolving energy market. She was also previously Managing Director and CEO of Enova Community Energy, Head of Retail for Pooled Energy, Senior Product Manager for Australian Power & Gas, Business Development Manager for Low Energy Supplies & Services and Program Manager at the NSW Government’s Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA).
Felicity is an empathetic leader, with a reputation for integrity, and is passionate about creating a sustainable future. Living in regional NSW, Felicity understands the dynamics and sensitivities of regional communities.
Felicity leads community, First Nations and government engagement at Someva.

Derek joined Someva tasked with leading Pottinger Wind Farm to Financial Close and beyond. Derek has close to twenty-years’ experience successfully developing renewable energy projects in the UK and Australia.
Most recently, Derek was part of the Senior Management Team of Beijing Energy International Australia (BJEI), building and managing the preconstruction, construction and asset management teams, including masterminding the delivery of Biala Wind Farm and Wollar Solar Farm.

George is a Commercial Manager at Someva Renewables with experience across project development, commercial and offtake strategy, and procurement for large-scale renewable energy projects.
At Someva, George has supported the commercial development of Someva’s wind and BESS pipelines, including coordinating Capacity Investement Scheme (CIS) tender submissions and leading commercial workstreams for wind turbine manufacturers (OEMs). George has also been involved in offtake structuring, term sheet negotiations, and financial model analysis for late-stage assets.
Prior to joining Someva, George worked in offtake advisory at CORE Markets, supporting developers and investors with project feasibility, market analysis, and offtake execution.

John is a Financial Controller with over a decade of experience and expertise across renewable energy and diversified industries, including his time at Ark Energy where he led acquisition handovers with joint venture partners for the Lotus Creek and Boulder Creek projects, supported business transformation initiatives, and contributed to IFRS harmonisation and the fair value assessment of Epuron’s asset portfolio following its acquisition.

Tom brings a strong engineering background with proven experience delivering complex logistics and automation projects. As Engineering Manager at Someva, he strengthens project development through engineering leadership, geospatial systems, resource management, and technical innovation.
Tom leads the engineering and design function, specialising in wind and solar farm layouts, resource assessments, GIS, preliminary civil design, and constraint analysis. He also oversees Someva’s wind resource campaigns, including LiDAR deployment and management, drone and spatial mapping, and in-house infrastructure impact assessments. In addition, Tom supports internal technical development, driving continuous improvement and fostering innovation across the business.

With over 15 years of experience driving excellence across renewable energy development, Michelle has supported and led projects through all stages of planning, budgeting, and delivery. Her background spans financial management, contract negotiation, and cross-functional leadership across multiple large-scale renewable projects. Having contributed to teams at Ark Energy and Epuron, she brings deep operational insight and a collaborative approach to complex partnerships.
Michelle joined Someva in 2024 to lead the development of Sunny Corner Wind Farm, with a focus on strengthening the operational relationships with NSW Forestry Corporation and Mainstream Renewable Power.

Angela has end-to-end experience in the renewable power project development cycle from feasibility through to operations. At Someva and in a previous role at AECOM, she has led feasibility studies, tender evaluations, owner’s engineer specification development and wind turbine and solar site inspections.
Angela specialises in split contract arrangements and was Project Manager for the construction of the split contract model Biala Wind Farm in NSW. She also served as on-site wind turbine site representative and Owner’s Engineer Project Manager for the Crookwell 2 Wind Farm in NSW. Angela’s experience also includes serving as Owner’s Engineer Project Manager for the Port Augusta Renewable Energy Project and leading techno-economic reviews for large-scale battery storage projects.

James is a Development Manager at Someva Renewables with over three years experience working on the development of wind energy projects. He has been involved in Pottinger Energy Park since the pre-scoping phase, with his role evolving as the project has progressed. James coordinates planning approvals, manages land matters, and supports procurement and community engagement activities.
Prior to joining Someva, James worked as a Graduate Project Manager at Jacobs, where he gained experience working on State Significant Development projects. James has also been involved in the early stages of Sunny Corner Wind Farm, supporting the development and community teams during project establishment.

Luke joined Someva in early 2023 and is a Development Manager responsible for the development of Coonerang Wind Farm and is supporting the development of Sunny Corner and Hills of Gold Wind Farms.
Luke’s expertise is in land acquisition, planning approvals and community engagement. Luke previously worked in residential and commercial solar in a technical and logistics role coordinating installations up to 100kW and engaging with customers and manufacturers.

Elke is a Renewable Energy Engineer within the Engineering team, supporting the development of utility-scale wind projects from early prospecting through to detailed design. Elke contributes to site screening, wind resource assessments, wind monitoring, and wind farm layout design, providing robust technical inputs to inform investment and development decisions. Elke’s experience includes GIS mapping, project design and constraints analysis.

Jeff has over 20 years of experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, government relations and marketing. Jeff has wide ranging experience across infrastructure, rail, urban property development, civil engineering and renewable energy development. Jeff works across all projects in the Someva portfolio.

- BEng Mechanical Engineering (Diploma Engineering Practice), University of Technology Sydney
Cem has 10 years of experience in the renewable generation industry, spanning operation and maintenance, energy trading, and project development. Since joining Someva in Feb 2025, Cem has been leading the grid connection process for Pottinger Energy Park.
Cem’s previous experience includes managing the operation and maintenance of more than ten sub-1 MW biogas engines, remotely operating and spot trading electricity for 1.8 GW of renewable & firming generation, and providing development support for large-scale renewable projects such as Mt Doran BESS (200 MW), Kingswood BESS (270 MW), and Euston Wind Farm (700 MW).

Larissa is an experienced Stakeholder Engagement and Communications professional who specialises in building trusted relationships with communities, government agencies, regulators, industry, First Nations groups, and media. With a strong focus on transparency and collaboration, Larissa designs and delivers engagement strategies that support complex projects and positive community outcomes.
Prior to joining Someva, Larissa was a Senior Community and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor at Port Authority of NSW where she led strategic engagement initiatives to support port operations and major projects. Previously at Lendlease and the Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association Larissa supported the planning and delivery of major residential and infrastructure projects, leading community engagement and cross-functional coordination.
